    Good first aid practice
  • Always remember to keep your first aid kit well stocked and replace any used items as soon as you can.
  • Regularly check the 'use by' dates for all your first aid items, especially antiseptic creams and tablets.
  • Purchase a comprehensive first aid book or CD-Rom.
  • Always read the label on the bottle or the strip before taking the medicine.
  • Keep out of the reach of children.
  • Store in a safe dry place away from sunlight.
